1、進(jìn)入網(wǎng)頁：http://www.tovpn.net/，選擇“登陸注冊” - “用戶注冊”（只需填寫用戶名和密碼即可）
注：“初始預(yù)付服務(wù)” 要選擇“試用賬戶：免費(fèi)”，否則網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境搭建不了。
2、tovpn 賬戶創(chuàng)建成功后，打開“tovpn.exe”，并登陸。
3、隨便選擇一個流暢的服務(wù)器，然后選擇“連接”，連接成功后窗口會自動最小化到任務(wù)欄。
注：因?yàn)楸?tovpn 賬戶是免費(fèi)試用的，所以只有 20 分鐘的連接時間，超時后你要重新申請賬戶。
二、撥打電話，開始激活（本步驟比較考驗(yàn)?zāi)托暮湍愕挠⒄Z水平）
1、打開安裝好的 Skype，注冊帳號并登陸；
2、然后選擇“撥打電話”，此時右側(cè)會出現(xiàn)撥號界面，在左側(cè)有一個小國旗，請改為英國；
3、撥打號碼：08000188354，5秒左右即可接通（如無法接通，請重試上一步 TOVPN 連接）
